Our Gymnasium on London Drive just off the Pacific Highway is just 5 kilometres and 8 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk from Wyong Railway Station.
Exercise has always been a major element of my life. At the ripe old age of 8, I started a career in athletics, and participated at elite levels of competition. I have had the opportunity to play or to be involved in many sports over the years as my career developed. I have worked with professional sporting teams and sporting identities. I also have had the opportunity to be involved with medical professionals including, physios, chiros, massage therapists and sport specific medical professionals that have also influenced myself along the way.
