Hi, I'm Shane

I’ve been passionate about sport and movement since I was a kid. I started out in athletics and went on to compete at an elite level, which taught me discipline, resilience, and how powerful consistent training can be.

Over the years I’ve played, coached, and been involved in a wide range of sports. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside professional teams, athletes, and coaches, and learned from some incredibly skilled physios, chiros, and sports medicine professionals along the way.

All of that experience has shaped the way I train people today. My focus is simple: help you move well, build strength safely, and feel confident in your own body — no matter where you’re starting from.



With more than 35 years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen just about every trend come and go. What hasn’t changed is the fact that the basics always work. Strength, good movement, consistency, and a clear plan — they’re simple, but they make all the difference.

While the industry keeps reinventing itself with new methods and complex training styles, I’ve found that stripping things back often gets the best results. When you focus on the fundamentals, you build real strength, move better, and feel better in everyday life.

It’s not flashy, but it works — and I’ve seen those simple principles deliver positive results time and time again.
