With my background in elite sport and years of working alongside physios, chiros and sports medicine professionals, I understand how to tailor movement for your specific injury. Whether you’re returning to everyday activity or trying to get back into sport, we’ll build a plan that supports your recovery and helps reduce the risk of future issues.
