I specialise in personalised training, whether you’re just getting started, coming back after time away, or looking for guidance that feels supportive rather than intimidating. A big part of my work is rehabilitation and returning from injury. I love helping people rebuild strength safely, improve movement, and get back to doing the things they enjoy.

With mobile personal training, I bring the workout to you — your home, your local park, or wherever you feel most comfortable. It saves you time, removes the pressure of walking into a gym, and makes it easier to stay consistent.

Just wear comfortable activewear and runners. If we’re training outside, a hat and water bottle are handy. I bring all the equipment we need, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra.
Everyone’s different, but most people find 1–2 sessions per week is a great place to start. I can also give you simple things to do between sessions to keep your momentum going.
