At Ashayne Fitness, we offer a variety of group classes every weeknight to suit your fitness needs and preferences.

Shane designs each session differently every week to keep you challenged and motivated.

Depending on the night, you can join our sessions on Core, Boxing, Fitness, or Weights, and enjoy a fun and effective workout with other fitness enthusiasts.

Shane’s experience in the industry and work alongside physiotherapists, doctors and sports scientists make him among the best to personalise training and rehabilitation plans to get you back on the pitch or just back to feeling fit and healthy.

Energise School Fitness

The Energise School Program helps children to take charge of their own lives and feel good about themselves.

It teaches them how to form positive habits that will benefit their health and well-being in the long run. It also motivates them to apply these habits in their daily activities.

We bring all the equipment you need and we can conduct the sessions at any location you choose.
