Shane Forbes has been passionate about sport and fitness since he was 8 years old. He started his career in athletics and participated at elite levels of competition.
Over the years, he has had the opportunity to play or to be involved in many sports as his career developed. He has worked with professional sporting teams and sporting identities.
He also had the opportunity to be involved with medical professionals including physios, chiros, massage therapists and sport-specific medical professionals that have influenced him along the way.

Shane has over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry and is very passionate about sport and fitness and the role it plays in everyday life.
In a forever changing fitness industry, where new ways of training are being adapted by all fitness professionals alike, he finds that stripping the multi-complexed exercises back to basics works best.
It may be simple, but it has proven to give positive benefits over and over again.
